State laws columns
vehicle_class is one of ebike, escooter, board (electric skateboards and Onewheel-style boards) or euc. Each place (road, bike_lane, sidewalk, trail) has a _status and a plain-English _text. Status values:
allowed: the statute permits it.restricted: permitted with conditions such as speed, age or class limits.local: the statute leaves it to cities, counties or land managers.prohibited: the statute bars it.not_addressed: we found nothing in statute. It is not a yes.
Then helmet, min_age, speed_cap, power_cap, license, notes, citations (statute sections), sources (URLs, space-separated), verified_at and page_url.
Vehicle columns
make, model, class, year, status, top_speed_mph, range_mi_claimed (the manufacturer's claim), range_note, weight_lb, motor_power_w, motor_power_note, battery_wh, price_launch_usd, price_note, source_url, verified_at, page_url. Blank means the source didn't state it.
